    Well-positioned at crossroads, Pocha is a welcomed addition to HP that wants to throw its arms around you and put a plate of its best in your hands. Michelle and Clarita bring that home-style cooking to you with evident hospitality.
    From their succulent short rib tacos to the immaculately seasoned and zingy recado puerco molido, I was really pleased. Add their fried plantains, or tostones, and you will love these for not being greasy - but will get moist soon enough when you immerse these golden coins in the buttery-garlic-nectar dip that has actual chunks of garlic swimming inside like a Vegas pool party. So much to love here; I can't wait to return. You want Pocha, dontcha?
