Loved their ramen, like many have said while in line outside, you'll be given a menu explaining how to order (going with the standard chefs choices will make it simpler) along with the special for the day. Which was karaage, we ordered 2 of this, but reality 1 was more than enough. The ramen was delious and the soup base was amazing. The drink options were limited with only canned soda or tea available. The wait is fairly short since the customer turnovers high.

This is a great ramen shop for a quick, customizable bowl. You can choose from a few basic bowls, then adjust the levels of oil, garlic, and even the chewiness of the noodle. I love the spicy ramen, and the black ramen (with squid ink) is unique. The line moves quickly and service is good. Try the karaage, if they haven’t run out yet!

I always see a huge line outside of this ramen shop and eventually decided to try it myself on a less busies day. The service was great, you are given a piece of paper which you will need to fill out your order. I always love when ramen shop allows you to make personal adjustments, very authentic. Both ramens we tried taste’s great! I would go for less oil next time I come here.

The second time I came here I tried the squid ink ramen, it came with more meat and definitely a very unique look. The karaage here has a strong honey flavor, and came in HUGE pieces!

The line is long but service is fast. Someone at the door explains the menu for you. Service staff is helpful and polite. Food was on point. The noodles were perfectly cooked. The chicken karage is nice, crispy and juicy. Cha shu is nice and moist and the kakuni is like pig candy. I had the original tonkatsu and my wife had the squid ink tonkotsu ramen. Everything we ordered was delicious. If you loved ramen, this is a must try place for you.

Great price, ambience. Ramen options are : thin and thick, like pasta.

Staff were fast to accommodate us in 10-15 minutes though there was a very long line. Food arrived fast. Portions were medium to heavy. Must try the fried chicken on their menu. They let you pick spice level from 1-10. 1-3 would be spicy per American standards, 4-6 for little spicy. And 6+ is Indian, Mexican level spicy.

Delivery is unavailable on Doordash and others so as to preserve authentic taste. Great food available as dine-in only.
