    Loved the cute and customizable concept at SHARP TEA. From choosing whatever toppings/how much of each I want to the aesthetically pleasing cups and decor, this place is definitely a boba-obsessed food blogger's weakness.

    Definitely a hole in the wall type of place, but it's worth the hunt! The boba flavors are standard but executed well. The air pancake was a 20 minute wait but so worth it. They're so light and airy! They're served in a tall paper bowl/cup so taking a picture of their true altitude is kinda tough. I'll definitely be back for more.

    I have been waiting for a place near me that has Japanese soufflé pancakes and I seriously hit the jackpot moving here. They recently just opened and was sent here after asking a couple of people in little Tokyo if they existed around town. Seriously though I was so emotional it was the BEST thing ever. Lots of vids and pics and tears. I love this place. FINALLY JIGGLY PANCAKES!!!
