Sightglass Coffee

Had iced tea with a cinnamon roll. Tea was delicious and the cinnamon roll was fresh and good. The place was clean and well stocked with specialty foods. Very nice

This coffee shop is located inside a marketplace and looks pretty charming. There are plenty of seatings inside, as well as a dining area with food options, some sunny tables outside as well. I had a cappuccino, which turned out quite good, a smooth and delightful cup of coffee. However there were things making the whole experience less than perfect.

The service felt pretty transactional to start with. When I was confused by the price for my cappuccino, $6 instead of $4.25 on the menu and mentioned it, the salesperson simply said "oh yeah...". I couldn't recall if she also said "we know, it's wrong", but her look and tone definitely meant it. A cappuccino is actually $5.25 and then there are also some fee or whatever and it comes out at $6. It's a bit pricey, but the more frustrating thing is that I feel that they just don't care.

Great pastries, cool place, and unbelievable service! I come in regularly and the host Tyler always makes my day, he is hilarious and so lovely. Fantastic service.

I walked passed this place many times and never did I stop in. I didn't know what I was missing. This is was very pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They sell books, cards and coffee of courses. Theres a nice sitting area to eat at. I cannot explain it all so go and see for yourself. I'm going back.
