    Kelsey provided great customer service and was very kind and polite! I had a ton of questions regarding Starbucks refill policy and she explained everything to me even going the extra mile explaining to me the different teas that are eligible which was a ton of help.

    This Starbucks is amazing… and mainly because of the people, one in particular stood out to me exuding pride grace and such a great attitude…she even remembered my name and it was only the second day she seen me. This employee’s name is Dawn I loved her bright bubbly personality and this Starbucks is lucky to have such an enthusiastic employee and on thanksgiving at that kudos to you Dawn you’re great 😊
