    Very busy location, and this was a weekday morning, hardly any parking, great if you live in the area and can walk, has plenty of seating, and moved the line very quickly. Not overly friendly, but it was clean especially for the area it was in.

    My favourite place…sitting outside with a sip of coffee and people watching! Amazing 🤩

    Tried their honey almond milk flat white and it was on point.

    This spot is pretty busy and I recommend the preorder and walk over method. Unless you like to hang out in store and people watch as you wait for your drink. Either way, it’s a great DTLA spot.
