    It's hit and miss at this location. When it's a miss, they don't really care. I don't frequent Starbucks very often anymore, so it's definitely a bummer when a simple (item on the menu) order is messed up. The coffee shop across the street is so much better. They have monthly drinks, awesome customer service, prices are better, and their coffee is amazing! So much better to support a small business anyway.

    I have been to this Starbucks 3 times and each time they get my order incorrect, a chai latte, nothing unique. They are very nice and always correct it, but....

    I just ordered a Carmel Frappuccino and it was less expensive than I thought it would be.

    Bonds is a store where everything is laid out in a very logical, shopper friendly manner. The selection is good. And the pricing is moderate.
