    I personally work in customer service and and people usually don't take the time to give a good comment they usually take the time to give a bad comment or a bad review, But I think I'm gonna do both at the same time!
    I Recently had an order and a bad experience but thanks to Natalie Store manager on Soto & Olympic she was the one that helped me to make it better for the next time. Thank you so much Natalie for taking the time to call me and apologize in person and making my drink correct 2 times now... lol
    Hope you get the training for all your employees to be better at costumer service and I really hope this continues to be my home#Starbucks ! Grande

    Been getting my mobile orders in timely manners in the mornings. Caffeine charging station for many workers in the area!!!

    Great service without doubt, but they do need to improve on taking mobile orders. Drive thru service is good but a little too crowded for the space where the location is at. Wish they would also prioritize mobile orders as much as they prioritize drive thru order's.

    One of my favorite Starbucks.... Recently remodeled and yes the restrooms are open for paying customers.... Yes that's rite no free shi_____.

    Customer service A+. BEEN THERE FOR TWO DIFFERENT SHIFTS TO GET MY FIX AND GREAT TEAM PLAYERS WITH ONE ANOTHER. GOOD JOB STARBUCKS. I have no pics but will add some soon.
