(October 22, 2019, 7:56 am)OPEN TUESDAY'S ONLY The food has so much authenticity and I have never tried food like this from a Sushi Truck. The Beef Bowl had juicy and tender meat with fresh vegetables. I'm so excited that on Tuesdays I can have a healthy and delicious meal near my pad. I highly recommend this Sushi Truck. The only bad thing there really stingy when it comes to sauce you send forty dollars for two people and only get one sauce. The concept is to have customers return not leave.
