The food is healthy and its enjoyable however the customer service for take out pick ups is lousy. In Studio City CA the customers have to stand in the line as people ordering their food at location. By the time you get your food it's cold and the wait time is not acceptable. Someone at your headquarters should develop a system to have a separate pick up line for take out orders. The purpose of calling in your order in advance is to avoid the long wait lines to order at location. Your system is defeating this process, please reconsider the process.
