    I wanted to first begin this review by saying that The Habit Burger Grill has great food with great prices. Their burgers, sandwiches, salads, and shakes are all great. Even the face-to-face customer service is nice. The employees do a great job of making me feel welcome. However, what knocks the The Habit Burger Grill down from what I believe would be a five star eatery to a three is the wait times. I have had multiple experiences where I have waited up to 40 minutes to get my food, and I know others who have done the same. Waiting that long for food should not be the case for a chain like the Habit Burger Grill. I really hope that they are able to speed things up, and become the five star eatery I know they can be.

    Had a great experience in here with my kids. The food comes quick and the customer service is just great. Prices are reasonable.
