This is absolutely the BEST vegan sushi I’ve ever eaten! I ordered the Spectrum snow crab roll. It’s colorful, fresh, and the fish texture is perfect! Can’t wait to try it again!

So many options of Japanese food and all vegan! But it's so legit that you wouldn't even realize it's vegan until someone told you.

The fish looks like fish, tastes like fish, but is veggies! Amazing.

Plus they have other stuff besides sushi, such as Okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake)… I've been to Japan multiple times and this tastes just like the real thing! Blowing my mind!

I'm planning on going back for the curry and again for the bowls.

Best vegan sushi ever, OMG! You should definitely go dine here. The value is amazing, big portions, and the food is bomb! We had the deep fried mushrooms and were surprised that they’re not oily, the batter has the perfect thickness and the mushroom keeps it freshness and flavor. My non-vegan boyfriend was amazed at the look and texture of their “fishes”, I was marveled at their nice looking and amazing tasting rolls. We’ll come back!

Amazing vegan sushi with amazing presentation. The food is filling and you get a great amount of it. I would highly reccomend to any vegan who likes Japanese food. The place is beautiful, smells amazing, and the employees are all incredibly nice.
