    First time going to this Winchell's. Great service,I placed my order and the worker was very helpful and repeat it the order for me, which is awesome. She also ask me if I wanted coffee to pair with my bagels. Overall good service and the donuts and tortas are delicious.

    the pastries are ok if you're in the mood for something sweet and quick. the torta is not worth the price! basic cheap sandwich meat with very little veggies. not appetizing at all. the service is fast and friendly. the place is small. always clean. located in a busy, dimly lit parking lot, but safe enough.
