    I usually order the Birria Surtida when I go here. They serve it in a plate instead of a bowl so it's not too soupy. It's severed with some bone in meat and boneless meat. What I really enjoy from this dish is that some parts of the meat is seared which gives it a crunchy texture. This dish is not accompanied with beans and rice. However, onion, cilantro, lime, and their house salsa is provided for you to garnish.

    Pretty darn good. Flavorful fast service. I would order an extra cup of the juice next time. But overall i loved it.
