I love the Carbon Beach Club not only because of the food and servers but because of the amazing beach views. I stopped here after a hike in Malibu and it was early in the morning, so I ordered breakfast. I ordered the fried egg sandwich that comes with small breakfast potatoes. The sandwich comes with a fried egg, bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato, and cheddar cheese. The whole plate was good, and the server was nice enough to bring a side of ranch. The sandwich was huge, and it was plenty of food to re-energize after a workout. Even if the food can be a little pricey, you’re also paying for the awesome views. You have to make sure to get outdoor seating to enjoy the sea breeze and waves.

Absolutely no clue as to why this place has a 3.5 star rating! I was recommended to go to this place by a relative in Malibu (and even check out their spa) but I'm so upset that I didn't check it out until the end of my trip! It's quiet and private, the food is absolutely phenomenal and the staff is attentive. Valet was either $8 or $10 - it's Malibu, I don't know why people are complaining about valet when it's basically the only option at any restaurant you go to on PCH unless you want to park across the road or way past the restaurants. When I head back into the area, they will be seeing me again! Definitely a new fave.
