Awesome n quick service and quality is excellent.

So I'm giving this place 3 stars for overall due to my last couple visits. food I'd give the 5 stars but customer service I'd give 2 right now. I go here often usually have a good experience. Usually have Lorie as my server who is great, really nice & helpful but today and also last Sunday the lady who served me (don't know her name but shes older & her English isn't too good) was so sarcastic and rude. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. She stood and watched the other server take orders and give food out and when she finally got in there and helped she was not very happy. I would say maybe it was a bad day but this is twice now. She needs to be taught customer service skills or don't work in anything customer service related. Hope this improves because I love the food

There is no way in hell this place only deserves 2.6 total stars based on all of the recent reviews. Their food is THE BEST FOOD in this mall and in all of Montebello if you like mediterranian food. The chicken and beef kabobs are absolutely delicious! They are very flavorful and grilled to perfection, Never dry. The plates are served with delicious basmati rice, fresh cucumber salad, a perfectly grilled tomato, grilled jalapeño and pita bread.

I've been eating at this location for over 23 years. There's a reason they've been in business for so long. Anyone who leaves a bad review about the food or service has no idea what they're talking about. THIS IS NOT MC'DONALDS folks! All the idiots that complain about the wait time need to understand that the meat is not cooked until you order it. And they sure as hell don't want to serve anyone raw meat.

If you want a good quality meal, be patient and allow the cooks to do their thing and dont be an a-hole about it. If you got attitude from the staff it's probably because your a 'b' or an a-hole to start with. In 23 years of eating here, i've never had a problem with any of the staff. So stop posting stupid reviews about this place!

This place is AWESOME!, the food is AWESOME! The staff works hard, and anyone who gives it a bad review needs to stop being a hater.

They have great customer service I believe her name was Laurie. I had never been here before and she was very helpful I loved everything we ordered by her recommendation. I would tell people to go there.

I really like the food here, the service is slow, but they do cook to order. I can't give it a bad review based on employees demeanor. But I will say they tried to charge me twice. It could have been an honest mistake, and the lady who took my order was very serious and short. I don't consider that bad service, since everything was perfect. I consider this as a person with a stern disposition. The food is worth it. Try it, highly recommended.
