Usually, they're fast and efficient. Not today. Waited and waited while the one person helping people thought it was more important to take care of orders submitted by app. Sorry. I know it's the bright shiny new toy, but you had a paying customer there waiting. They should ALWAYS take priority over phone orders or app orders. With the app order, you have time to get to their order. They're not even in the store to oick up their order yet! I was! It took about half an hour to get a simple turkey carver to go order! That is inexcusable! Then, the soda machine wasn't working. And it was going to take an additional 10 min to re-boot! If they weren't one of the few good places to eat in Atlantic Square (all of the ones at the south end have horrible customer service, to the point that I will not return), they wouldn't have even gotten 3 stars. At least the sandwich was good.

Good old fashioned American classic food. The meatloft is good. The mac and cheese taste a little to processed. The bread is hard and stale. Both the corn bread dinner roll and the French bread for their Carver sandwiches.

The staff is courteous. It seems they enjoy each other's company which makes it nice to interact with them. Food is good.

Only complaint is that on more than one occasion the staff doesn't seem to be paying attention to how much food is left in the containers. They need to really be on top of when they are running low so that the food can be refilled quickly and not make customers wait.

You can’t go wrong with the chicken! Super filling plates and it’s so healthy compared to other fast foods.
It’s located towards the left end of the plaza which makes parking a bit easier.
