we REALLY enjoyed all the noodles

the servers are nice

the chef is REALLY good at making handmade noodles

the only thing that is NOT good is the green onion pancake..it has NO taste of the green onion ! Boo!

we will be back again for sure!

When you first walk in, you are greeted by the noodle chef making hand pulled noodles. You state the number in your party and are directed at a numbered table. The service is efficient but the star is the quality of the noodle, the near perfect soup base, and fresh ingredients expertly crafted. Noodle and ramen lovers will not be disappointed eating here. One may experience the sheer joy of finding very good hand pulled noodles here in Los Angeles.

tasty food but a bit too much MSG

Good noodles they have my favorite which is diao xiao the thick noodles

hand made noodles and tasty food served here! came here with some friends bc of word of mouth. tried the beef, hand pulled noodles and leek pancakes. both were better than expected. would order it again. we also tried the xiaox long boa which were good but not the best. my friends agreed. one friend is vegetarian and found a few things to eat too! the stinky tofu on a stick is an aquired taste, but I have it a shot and found it ok. I would avoid the drinks, since most are just bottled commercial versions. would have been better if they made it fresh like their noodles. try the restaurant!
