Good food and the people are very nice

Service was good...they need to check the orders as I got some extra items that they missed!? Check you receipt's !

The cashier that took our order was fabulous our gift card wasn't working well but she was patient and didn't try to rush us or go to the next person and there was a line behind us. You don't see people like her anymore. We were at the Monterey park on Atlantic blvd.
The food was very good n had a lots
of flavor the cashier name was maria. Even when we tryed to tell the manager she didn't pay attention now thats a bad manager! Our order was done right but two other people had there orders were all messed up.

The food was good, but nothing to differentiate this location's food from others. Some of the elderly customers however are a different story. These are some of the rudest customers I've ever encountered. Several of them camped out in from of the drink machine, drinking from their cup, refilling, over and over, basically blocking anyone else from using it. Others did the same with the salsa bar and even the pick up window. I know this isn't normally the restaurant's fault, but apparently these people are "regulars" here, and have established a rapport with the staff. So, the staff should realize that these people are being rude to other customers and inform them that the rudeness is not acceptable.

It's convenient but it's very small and crampy inside. There is always a strong nasty rotten egg smell right outside the door and it ruins my appetite every time I go there. Most likely the cause is the laundry mat being so close and all the users waste is collected below releasing a sulfur scent. I onky go when I'm too lazy to drive to another El Pollo Loco.
