Been coming to this restaurant for at least 20 yrs. They cook better than other Chinese restaurants. Their specialty is pork pump. They cooked it 2 different ways. One with soy sauce and the other is without. Both are good but My favorite is without soy sauce.

This restaurant serves Northern style Chinese dishes. I feel the taste is just right. The staff is very helpful. She explains the dish very well. All the dishes met our expectations. Tonight, we had the roast duck, saute spinach, combination cold cut, Northern style pork, dumpling, 2 taste shrimp, northern style tofu, and spicy and sour soup. The soup is not too spicy. At last, brown sweet rice desert.

Jade shrimp is a must order. kind of like the slippery shrimp at other places, but with asparagus sauce . Chef has a very light touch. Also order the pork hump ( rump) it's thier specialty. inexpensive. fast service.
