I'm a Chinese immigrant to the United States for two years. It's the first time I've had such delicious Chinese food. It's the first time I've tasted authentic China overseas in two years! The meticulous care and considerate service of the waitress, Miss Beauty, makes me feel very warm and warm, and dining in this restaurant is very homely! Very very good!

I’d give it a 3.8 rating if I could. The place wasn’t bad or anything. The prices are really good and cheap and it’s an easy in and out stop for a quick noodle lunch. Their speciality is in noodles, and the dishes are slightly spicy! We got the Chinese style hamburger with lamb meet and noodles. The vibe and ambience is very family and cozy vibes. Parking is easy and There are people outside the restauarant soliciting sometimes but overall a decent lunch place!

The family enjoyed the order which was predicated to one of those YouTuber food travelers. Michael ? You gotta see pics. The fresh noodles were tasty and handmade quality is evident. Seasoned with turmeric and cumin etc..Just yummy overall. Loved the cold noodles on this warm summer day. Lamb soup with pita bread was seasoned just right. But not too enticing. There were a lot of missing items I would have liked to try, but they were red inked out as in the pics. A hole in the wall of some sort , but yet again, If you like fresh noodles , this place is alright if you’re in the area. As always post where ever your palate takes you.

Was in the mood for really good noodles so husband and I ventured over from West LA one Sunday and it was 100% worth the drive! The hand cut noodles were so deliciously chewy and the Qishan noodles had a fragrant hot and sour broth. The staff is super friendly, too!

    So. Good.

If you’re looking to eat noodles, go here. I wish I could have tried more but the braised chicken plate with hand pulled noodles was unbelievable (and massive!). I recommend trying it with the chili oil. The noodles are so bouncy and yummy, I’m sure any other dish is just as delicious! Recommend the dry sautéed green beans as a side dish.

Service was great, all the staff was super friendly and attentive.
