maybe I was hungry. maybe is real good. what you will believe than what you will eat. I just hope they will do more more local like if they have sour bamboo will be perfection.

The food here was amazing!! My partner and I got the #1 and #7, both were delicious.

Noodles were the perfect chewy texture, and overall was not too salty. The flavor builds up nicely as you eat. Their green beans and hot sauce are the delicious garnish that pulls the dish together. The broth dish was a little lighter than the dry noodles.

Family owned, and the woman owner is super nice!!! Love this spot.

I'm so happy to find out this place on Yelp via "Hot & New". This is the most authentic chinese food I taste in SGV, other than dim sum. There is no English signage!! Look for chinese name "周记桂林米粉". I can come back and eat this everyday!! They house made the garlic chilly paste, be careful it's spicy!! Vy nice and clean restaurant and food is amazing! Guilin rice noodle is not the same as normal rice noodle. They are more al dente and slippery. First you start with dry mixed noodle with the meat, eat until almost half is gone, then you can add the soup there which make it into soup noodle.

Just order #1 beef & roasted pork rice noodle!!
