    I like this starbucks because they always cook the food good and their coffee is on point. I liked the Thank you and ? on my cup. Thanks guys!

    Went to the Starbucks in the Cerritos Town center this morning because it was close to the Trader Joe's I frequent. I hesitate to stop at that particular store because the customer Service is so so and sure enough today they were the same. Disappointed I asked for a refund on my order (Alexis and Bri need to work on their customer service skills desperately!) AS I LEFT I SAID I'M GOING TO MY USUAL SPOT. GLAD I DID BECAUSE YOUR WHOLE STAFF IS ALWAYS ON POINT. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ALL OF YOU. ???❤️
