Great chili cheeseburgers. Nice staff. Very clean facility. Great service.
Never had anything that was less than perfect from Tommy's. Great breakfast spot for me. Hot and freshly cooked. Nothing could be better. The staff are always friendly. Love this place.
I am a LONG TIME customer of the Tommy's chain of restaurants. Most of visits have been to the one on Roscoe bl, I've gone to the original one on rampart st in LA. And several other locations as well. I love the fact how each location is very consistent in favor and quality. I was so excited when this location in west Palmdale opened. I have visited here several times, and have always gotten the same good, greasy food that I've loved for many years. But unfortunately, due the greasy food they sell, and I love, my wife no longer wants to go. She says gets bad indigestion. Which means now I don't get to go either. Which makes me very sad. Someday when I will return, when she isn't with me.
Always delicious, too bad I live this place so much. Always love the chili. They should sell it by the gallon. Wish it was less costly to take home Tommy's chili. I would buy it all the time. Grew up eating it on Beverly in LA. Those were the good old days. Glad we have one in my local town to enjoy.
Prices were a bit high for fast food. The employees seemed to not really like their jobs. The bathroom sink was broken making it difficult to adjust the water flow once you turned it on. There were no paper towels in the restroom.
I can't speak to the quality of the food as what I saw wasn't appealing enough to pay the amount my order came to. Had the customer service been better, I probably would have tried the food. The employee at the register seemed like customers were an inconvenience.
