    Love this place. Big dinning room. But they need bigger kitchen or more chefs.

    Love ..Love ..Love IHOP..the new location is great..better then before ..more room ..better. Lightning..but still the same best service and the best pancakes...i enjoy every time we go ????????????????

    Very pleasant new location. Great friendly service. If only I liked the food better. Breakfasts are good but dinner items are mostly deep fried and greasy and not to my liking.

    Ordered a meal to go, and just like eating in, the food was cold. Fortunately, I have a microwave, so eating a hot meal wasn't a problem. Finding good service in the Antelope Valley is almost impossible and a problem!!! Growing up in the 50's, 60's, 70's and on shows how the general public just accepts shaudy service from when it was better. I talked to the manager/owner right before the IHOP opened, and she promised they were going to be better! Looks like their promise is no better than other restaurants in and around the Antelope Valley.

    The place is really nice, I like it. I feel like they’re really new so it’s gonna take some time to get things fully going. Bright future, just needs to get situated
