Claim Jumper Restaurants

The employees were outstanding. It seem like every time we go they have taking something off the menu. This time no french onion soup and I don't like skinny fries. This location doesn't have a salad bar so we normally don't go to this location. The prices are too high in my opinion.

I could tell that the restaurant was understaffed the night I went to eat there, but they handled it so well! Servers were very friendly, helpful, and were working as quickly as they could. The food was amazing as always. I can't wait for my next visit!

Everyone makes mistakes but solving the mistakes is what makes the difference. Our food took really long, we heard there was some kind of problem with our order. However our server was super nice, she made sure we had extra appetizers at no charge while we waited. She made sure we were happy and apologized for the wait and even gave us some free tasty desserts to go. This made an unpleasant experience into a pleasant one. In all fairness we couldn't have asked for more, they took care of us and that's what counts. We also understand that anyone can make a mistake, but not everyone will acknowledge it.

I have not been to Claim Jumpers for years so I was actually surprised that my Cobb salad was good. I shouldn't have been but I was. You do have to ask for the blue cheese dressing that comes with the salad though. Either that or they didn't think I needed it. It was actually a theme throughout the whole meal because I ordered the five piece cowboy bacon and only received four.
I wonder if they're trying to tell me something.

Delicious food. This was my first time at Claim Jumpers. There was a problem with my first order and the staff immediately corrected it. Fast and friendly service. Enjoyable and spacious atmosphere.

If you're undecided on where to eat, Claim Jumpers is a worthy consideration.
