Pinkfish Poke

We go every Saturday night, it's my ritual, the food is awesome portions are big and the staff is always friendly , excellent place to go to eat

Great selection of add ins, the sauces were excellent, the salmon and shrimp were flavorful. My normal poke place in Palmdale was closed and wanted some poke so I thought I'd give this place a try. The pink rice is good, pretty much just white rice, but point in color but it's fun. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Great service, Amazing food quality and you cant beat the price! Its everything you love about sushi without the long wait! They even offer catering and poke by the pound! My go to place for Sushi quality fish for sure!

Great quick service, the red beet infuse rice was amazing with the spicy tuna edamame and crab mix they have a lot of choices for a fish protein, and awesome mixins. To top it all off they have amazing sauces.

Very tasty and unique from other Poke restaurants. You have four "base" options, including their signature Pink Rice, and you can mix them. Eight protein, fish, options and lots of sauces, sides and fixings (toppings). Each time I have been here I had something different by just changing one or two proteins, the sauce, sides or toooings. My new favorite lunch spot on Saturdays.
