    As I got to the bottom of my drink, I experienced all these little "chunky bits". Don't know how to explain them, they were almost like little balls of sand... Never had this problem ever before with any other Starbucks and it's a drink I regularly order.

    Employees Chelsea and Angie have excellent customer service skills! They care about their customers, know me by name as well as my order. Best Starbucks in Palmdale!
