Sushi Zen Bistro

I love Zen Sushi Bistro. It has by far the best Sushi in the Antelope Valley. The fish is delicate and fresh, the service has always been attentive and kind, and they have many options for Sushi without the mayo mixture that dominates many other Sushi places. If you are like me, and want your Sushi fish without the mayo mixture, just ask to make sure (a few kinds do have that mixture). The salmon roll is WONDERFUL. The Sweet Shrimp Sushi is another hidden delight! Their Zen special prices beat anything I have seen anywhere. I accidentally ordered Sushi and Sushi rolls for 4 people instead of 2 (my daughter and myself) because the prices were so unbelievable.
Ask the guys who make the Sushi for suggestions if you want to try something new--you will be amazed at what they make!
My only hesitation at posting my review is that I may never be able to get a table again--the restaurant will be overwhelmed with other Sushi lovers!

My wife loves this place. We come here once in a while and every time we are even more impressed! The atmosphere is very nice and the food is more than fantastic!

Omg this place is amazing! Everything I had here was perfect! From the freshness to the taste to the presentation. A+! It's sad to see these horrible reviews its obviously another restaurant (prob big Tuna) trying to tarnish this restaurants name. My boyfriend and I love sushi we have been everywhere including gold fish, big tuna, Harbour etc and not to say that there not good but this place is great and there prices are so reasonable!!! You be the judge!

The Best and The Freshest Shushi. The environment is absolutely refreshing a palace in this oaisis. The staff is extremely welcoming. Enjoy going weekly. If you have not visited go at least once you will not want to go to any other Sushi restaurant around.
