Cool place in Central Pasadena open 24 hours. Service here is not great if you get the employees that have been here for awhile. There is a new young lady that started working there and served me yesterday (who was great!) Not happy with their inability to up charge to a Bowl of soup, and instead will charge you full pop!

If you're looking for a classic diner experience this won't disappoint. Good food ( coffee was good, omlet was cooked nicely, etc.) And friendly service. Lots of big comfy booths and intimate seating around a fire pit.

Taking the reins in the Sal's Lake area in Pasadena that hamburger Hamlet left dangling, dupars has ably catered to the late lunch and early dinner crowd for about the last three or four years. There pancakes are legendary, the rest of their food is somewhat scrumptious if not as memorable but I've never had a meal or an item send back. Last time I was in the potato skins were particularly good and our service was excellent.

The restaurant is opened 24 hours a day. The restaurant doesn’t have a liquor license. The service was good. The prices were moderate. The food tasted okay. There is limited paid street parking in front of the restaurant. There is a large shared paid parking lot in the rear of the restaurant.
