    The place has great food, and the service is pretty good, but the cleanliness is not on par. I had to clean off my own chair to sit comfortably, its a bit claustrophobic, and some other things. The food makes up for it though, so take out is recommended.

    When it comes to Vietnamese food, I am very picky. I ordered grilled pork sandwich and ham sandwich. The sandwiches were ok. The meat taste stale for me. The restaurant look clean and spacey. The staff is nice and friendly. The price is decent. Do I want to come back? No, I know so many places have better sandwich with same price.

    They are surprisingly good for their price tag. Everything is fresh and delicious. Like all this is less than 10$ and super tasty

    They've raised their prices. It's a total ripoff at $4.25 a sandwich on a buy two get one free deal. I absolutely can't abide the $2.00 for two Thai iced teas with egg pudding!
