(August 31, 2018, 11:33 am)Incredibly consistent, moist and tender chicken kabob, whether you come for lunch or for dinner. The rice is fluffy and fantastic. Their lunch specials will fill you up without emptying your wallet. Good healthy food.
Sure Zankou is five minutes closer to me, but if you like smaller mom-and-pop places, with a low-key ambience (like I do), this place fits the bill. Their hours have changed from their website, however; they now close at 9pm on weekdays. -

The chicken tenders were OK but not fabulous, but all three kabobs were delicious -- we got the lamb kabob, chicken kabob, and shish kabob, all on rice, and they were a big hit with us and the friends we shared them with. Great hummus, too. This place is absolutely a keeper; we'll be back and we're bringing our appetites. :-)
Oh, and as a bonus, the guy who took our orders was hilarious. He made us laugh and we loved him.
