Hotel Constance Pasadena

Lovely hotel, easy access parking and easy access to the local amenities. Loads of eateries nearby and a Target just a short walk away to grab anything you might need! Fridge and coffee machine in the room, large shower, comfortable bed... What more can you ask for!

My overall experience was AMAZING!!! From Customer service to Hotel Room, Happy Hour Daily and Checkout! I'm super picky and this Hotel exceeded my expectations. Super Clean, Bed was fantastic and shower was A++. Highly recommend this hotel and superb job to the staff!!

Free water, coffee and cookies were nice. I liked how the iPad controlled the rooms temperature and lights. However, I found the utter lack of privacy in the bathroom area caused by a weird design decision to remove the wall between the bathroom and the rest room unsettling and creepy. Other than that, it was very clean and the staff was nice .

While some issues existed with the room size and bathroom glass enclosure resulting in less privacy than desired. The hotel staff from the front desk to the doormen and house keeping were exceptional. They were friendly and helpful and truly made the entire stay a warm memory!!!

If you're taking a trip to LA but don't want to stay in the city I definitely recommend this place. Fresh warm cookies and infused water available in the lobby 24hrs a day! The happy hour in the bar was excellent, food was tasty and the cocktail selection was exceptional. The decor was fresh and modern. We especially like the restroom in the suite recently updated and clean. If you're heading this way this place is certainly worth a stop.
