great food, but packed in too close to the other tables.

We loved this place so much we dined here twice during our short stay in Pasadena. It's stylish but relaxed, hip but friendly. The oysters were amazing - fresh, tasty, and beautifully served up. Luckily we were a group of four so tried a LOT of things and shared them around the table. The details escape me because they also had a good wine selection. Last note: All the staff we interacted with were super - professional and knowledgeable, and also very personal and friendly. I wish I lived closer.

Accidentally walked in to an expensive but delicious lunch. Razor clams are highly recommended, the sauce they come with is amazing. The clam chowder was also great!

Go! Eat! Good place for foodies. We ate here twice. Our food had just been pulled from the ocean. The people were warm, helpful, and on the ball. If it weren't a six hour drive away, we'd be there all the time.

Try the raw sampler! Especially the scallops (dressed just right and beautifully prepared) and the mussels (surprisingly pretty sweet). The cooked scallops were large, plump and seared to perfection and still soft and warm in the middle on a bed of delicious, buttery cream sauce.
I took off a star cause I felt there was a lack of attention while seated at the bar. Had to keep asking for service, but otherwise super friendly staff.
