    I always like coming here from time to time because they usually keep their establishment and the restrooms pretty clean so it doesn't have that worn down feel. The food is healthy and quick.

    The chicken soup was hot and perfect for a cold winter'' night. Staff is very friendly too. Will come again.

    I like the food, fresh and tasty. Service was courteous. Small place but good for a quick meal.

    Normally I love El Pollo Loco. However this store in East Pasadena is below par. It is very small and crowded during lunch time. So small in fact that trying to get to the condiment bar is a battle. The condiment bar was a mess with salsa all over the place. When I got my 2 piece breast and wing combo I noticed that the breast was the smallest I have ever received in this chain. Very disappointing. Note to management, either redo this store to make it work better or just close it. In the future I will go to the store in Alhambra which is larger and better run.
