    Excellent sushi. Not cheap at all, but very high quality food. Not what one would call elegant dining establishment though.

    Came here for omakase for a friend's birthday! If you didn't know it was there, you wouldn't see it. It's very unassuming from the outside. Small place, reservations recommended. They turned people away while we were there. Definitely sit at the sushi bar if you can. The owner/chef has jokes! I will say that they are very adamant that you finish on time, as they have back to back reservations. Staff was very attentive, water glasses were never close to empty.

    Staff members are friendly and helpful. They never belittled us when eating Japanese food... They told us what to do with the sushi... Dip, no dip. I would recommend this place to anyone.

    This is the best sushi I've had outside of Japan and the only sushi I've had in the US that can even be compared to Japanese sushi. If you are a sushi aficionado, and budget is not a concern, this is the place for you, but be warned, if you are not familiar with traditional Japanese food some items may be unpalatable, like sea urchin etc... They will try to push you towards the fixed course meal, but it is possible to order specific rolls.
