Teddy's Tacos

Finally real TACOS great food. Been waiting over a year for this place to open, honestly thought it may never. But straight to the point the food is delicious, and the drinks are refreshing. Plenty of Taco options for every type of palate while still being authentic. They also have plenty of special through the week to keep you coming back. Really wish covid was not around because the way this place was designed screams come and relax and enjoy your meal. This place was meant for dine in and to come by and watch baseball, basketball etc. Everything inside including the staff just says welcome.
Plenty of beer options and fresh dink options. My wife and I tried the watermelon juice which was perfect and refreshing not to sweet and filled with sugar. Drinking the Horchata brought me back to memories of visiting family is Mexico and I did not has a sugar hangover after. We will be back and will be telling other.

Love this family run taco shop!! I had the tacochino, the jalapeno taco, a vegetarian quesadilla, churros, and pineapple cider. Went back for seconds two days later. Everything was light and fresh and there were lots of flavorful and healthy options. Highly recommend

Just in the soft opening now but I've been twice and everything I've had so far is really good. The carnitas and al pastor are probably my favorite meats but the barbacoa is good too. The shrimp taco is awesome. Mahi Mahi taco is very good too. All the salsas are good. The verde is mild and really delicious. The red is smokey and has great flavor and it's not too hot and so far goes great with everything. The yellow one I believe is a pineapple habanero salsa that is really tasty and has a good heat to it, also goes great on everything. The pink is a strawberry habanero salsa and has a sweetness to it that I think would be good on the fish or shrimp tacos but it's also very spicy which I liked. The torta is very good and filling. The jalapeño taco is great and different and definitely worth getting, it's not spicy so don't be scared. The tacochino is interesting, kind of a strange combination of flavors, and it's not bad but I'm not sure it's for me, glad I tried it though. I've also had two of the agua frescas, cucumber lime and watermelon, both were delicious and refreshing.

A great start to a new restaurant across from Pasadena City College. Stopped into Teddy's Tacos on the first day of a soft opening, and was pleasantly surprised at the great food and service. I look forward to the full opening with additions to the menu. I ordered Adriana's nachos {chicken} and a special quesadilla {carne asada}. Both were great choices. There was plenty of food, enough for three to four as an appetizer. I look forward to trying other items, from this special menu. The flavors and quality were on point.
Plenty of parking in the lot behind the restaurant, or along Colorado Blvd. Safety protocols are being observed both inside the restaurant and in the areas outside.
