    Hey there

    I just wanted to give a shout out to Marty and the team in Pasadena. There was a bit of a mix up in an order that I didn’t discover until I got home. It threw a bit of a spammer in the works. Things happen as we all know but Jose and Marty really went the extra mile to turn things around. It was refreshing to have a couple of managers sincerely care about the customer experience and making everything right. Thanks Marty and Jose, you are good operators (and the food is awesome ????)

    Had a great experience with these guys.
    My very first order was a little off - I ordered a falafel sandwich and side of hummus and pita and got the hummus and pita and side of falafels. Not a huge deal, and the pita was some of the best pita I've had.
    They realized the error so to make up for it next time they got me that sandwich, and added in an extra water, 2 orders of fries, cookies, and other goodies .

    These guys will make you happy. Their customer service is ON POINT.

    The wonders of tech are tasty treats form many different pots at this well-conceived idea that combines many tastes sensations at one place! Its fast and easy to get your food. Stay or go its laterally up to you but it IS a "go see."
