(February 1, 2019, 2:53 pm)Went in and had the best conversation with Jess, one of the owners. Staff there are awesome. And if you want real Mexican food that is so authentic it will take you to Mexico than come to Zapien’s Salsa Grill.

(December 13, 2018, 6:06 am)The staff is very welcoming. Head chef is amazing. The chips are hand made and seasoned to awesomeness! The price is adequately fair for the plates your getting. Great portions. I would definitely recommend this place. A spot I'm coming back for.

(November 30, 2018, 4:41 am)Zapien's Salsa Grill serves amazing sandwiches, both western and Vietnamese. I love their breakfast croissant sandwich. The croissant is so flaky and buttery and delicious! Their Vietnamese sandwiches are also delicious. It's definitely a reasonable price for Pico Rivera. After eating a sandwich, I was tempted to buy another one to just take home for later! I think this is one of the few places to get a banh mi other than the Tenderloin, which is nice.
