Overall good service and quality food. Location is very clean. However, the location could be better staffed. The cashier does double duty and helps with the orders. So, the register counter is left unattended. You will have to wait a minute before ordering. Don't expect to be in and out. One very good thing is how the cashier washes his/her hands every time before handling food.

Very disappointed by service and availability of original chicken. Ordered 2 piece meal, then I was told they have no original chicken and don't plan on making any. Time was 7 pm so I had no choice but to have extra crispy. Not very good

Excellent service everytime employees are always polite and my chicken is always delicious.

This place has good tasty food but the service is not the best.i go here alot..and I always say I'll be dining in...but they put food in a bag..to go.also..for a long time now..there's no salt and no pepper...and sometimes the tables are not clean...and water is always on floor..near soda pop machine...and I've noticed many homeless hang out in dining area.😟😐And outside..there's no sidewalks....many people are getting hit by cars...ugh.
