    My only suggestion is to retrain everyone, on refund policies (even supervisors), customer service, and to better communicate with customers. I don't expect an apology, but good customer service is owning your mistake and communicating on how you'll resolve it.

    On Tuesday October 8, I stopped by Starbucks as usual to get a coffee and this particular day Alex helped me and I have to say she made my day by the way she treated my little one and myself. She was amazing nice. I really appreciate her customer service. She deserves more than 5 stars.

    This drink, green tea late blended was highly recommended. He said it's better than tequila ?lol. It was pretty good.
