A little disappointed. They do not have their kitchen staff managed or trained well. I asked for glazed carrots and they gave me steamed carrots. They corrected it by adding brown sugar, but not enough butter, when I asked why my carrots looked so unappealing. It just wasn’t the same as when I first had it with parsley on top and actually appealing and tasty. The prime rib was decent although a little fatty. One thing I did noticed though was that they use plastic containers for butter, sour cream, chives, ketchup, etc. I really wished restaurants would cut down on plastic use unless absolutely necessary for environmental reasons. One container does not need a bag for take out. Condiments can be placed on a side dish which could be washable. Straws are not necessary unless requested and even if requested, there are alternative straws as oppose to the plastic ones that don’t disintegrate for 400 years or more sitting in our landfill or somehow litter our oceans.
