For someone who doesn't speak mandarin, this place was overwhelming. The smell, people talking, and the menu with unidentifiable items. I am an adventourous eater but what do you choose between duck tongue and coagulated blood? With a help from a friend, we settled for lamb, beef, duck tongue, spam, and 3 kinds of tofu skin. (They had 3 types of tofu skin! We didn't know what to choose, so ordered them all) They were all great. Oh, the hotpot has 9 sections - we called it tic tac toc hotpot. I think intention is not to loose the ingredient you put in earlier. But I still don't fully understand the concept

Great hot pot place. Order your meats and vegetables a la carte, and you can choose to do either regular broth or spicy or both. Sauces are available near the front. All in all, it was all good & delicious, although it can easily get pricey.
