    Nice clean place. Food isn't half bad. Their dishes like bun Bo are missing ingredients though. And there's a service charge. So $9 bowl + $1 tax +$1 service charge + tax if you're even feeling generous still at that point.

    Best PHO restaurant in Rowland heights (and maybe even to San Gabriel valley). They always give you a lot of meat and the broth is always on point. The place is very clean and comfortable and the prices are under $10.

    I tried every Pho restaurant within the area in recent history. Pho Rowland definitely has the best quality broth.

    Some of the best Pho I've had. I ordered the filet and brisket Pho. The meat was so tender. The broth was flavorful. The noodles were good too. Egg rolls were delicious as well. Enjoyed it all.
