The only thing holding this place back is the city of San Dimas. The food is fabulous, but I prefer the Glendora location because it's nice to have more of a crowd. This spot could be like a rock star if the city would loosen the reigns. Remember when this was The San Dimas Mansion, it was packed every night! Well, one can hope.

Our server, who was new (first night on the job) was so attentive and personable. It was our first time, I had the Scottish salmon and my husband had the ribeye. The dining area was spacious and quiet. Will definitely go back.

I was there for Valentine's day dinner. The food taste and visual experience were excellent. The Walker house itself is a visual experience with a lot of history if you like that sort of thing. It's a museum as well as a restaurant with placards, photos and paintings even in the restaurant areas. They had a special menu for the day with a few selections to make up a three course meal. I had a type of sea bass with asparagus, my date had the duck. We both started with the butternut squash soup and finished with the flourless chocolate cake. The only downside was the portion size. It was likely perfect for most people but I'm a somewhat muscular 6'2'' and normally eat more. It was also pricey for the special outing at $65 per person plus drinks and 20% gratuity. It came to about $200 for our evening. You do expect a lot for that but it was never disappointing. At a lower price point or more food quantity it would be 5 stars across the board. I rarely give anything 5. I'll need to try them on a regular day.

Beautiful restaurant! The food was incredible and the service was amazing, try the strawberry gin drink and you won't regret it!
