The Habit Burger Grill

Great food. Had their special chicken sandwich. Husband had their Cobb salad. Said it was very good. Quick service too.

The Habit was a good cozy place with great food. I kept it simple with the "Original Charbroil Burger" no cheese and fries and it hit the spot nicely. Will be back for sure...

The food was delicious, friendly staff, pretty clean, got food out in a timely manner, the only reason for the 3 star is because the seating is awful... we had to squeeze in to a tiny table with our daughter which usually is something that happens at high demand restaurants. But most places I've been keep an eye on tables and try to limit the time customer's are there to 45 minutes. They don't seem to care here, I saw people walk in and say forget it and just walk back out. When we got there, 2 table's were full with people who were done eating and we assumed they would leave soon and we could move. Nope... they sat there talking and playing on their phones the whole 45 minutes we were there, people were walking around with trays full of food and these tables just sat there playing on their phones for 45 minutes not even a soda on their table... completely unacceptable.

Food is always good

The reason for the 3 stars is because of the cleanliness. On a slow Tuesday night with only 2 other customers, all of the larger booths weer dirty, so we chose a smaller 2 person booth.
Then my wife had to use the restroom, but the ladies room was so filthy there was no way she was going to use it. We informed the manager (or supervisor, not sure) who really didn't seem to care, her only response was that they were just cleaned, but didn't actually bother to check. my wife had to buy a small yogurt next door so she could use their restroom. Nice.

I'd like to have it for more than 40 years. I went to the original stand in Santa Barbara, back when the 101 freeway stopped at Main Street. Good burgers, and they have unique ways of preparing them and ingredients. I also like the fact that you can get just about any way you want and they're so friendly. Definitely recommended!
