Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I've never been to Red Robin before and boy was I in for a treat! I ordered the Southern Burger and boy howdy was it tasty. It was soooooo good that I can't sleep because I keep trying to think how I can go back there tomorrow! I also ordered an adult beverage called Sand in your shorts. I let my friends taste it and needless to say we ended up ordering two more! So I can say that this Red Robin in San Dimas, CA is the Bomb! Won't disappoint.

Wait time was reasonable and menu was well designed, easy to read with photos. Burgers were reasonably priced but smaller than expected for 1/2 pounder.
Waiting for meal to be served was a bit longer than expected, but the food was well seasoned and not dry.
Restroom was clean, well stocked and well maintained.
Lunch was good.????????

Off peak times have slower response times at reception, but overall service is good. Generous portions on side & refillable items. Good atmosphere but sometimes a little noisy from the bar area.

First time visiting this Red Robin in San Dimas. Located in a perfect spot surrounded by all kinds of other restaurants and places to go and try out. Our party consisted of 10 people so the food took a little awhile to arrive but it wasn't nothing to complain about. The staff was really friendly and catered to our needs. Food was exceptional will definitely come here again.

I have to say that me and my wife are very satisfied with the management and the customer service from the employees at this Red Robin. We had a problem with our order and they replaced the order and accommodated me doing my wait time for the replacement of my order. Very very friendly and they greet you with a smile. Excellent food and and friendly environment. We definitely go back to this Red Robin. I give this place 6 stars.
