(December 13, 2018, 9:20 am)This place is chill vibes. It's not too big, and parking can be a pain, but it's really good dessert. Seats are limited too, so be prepared to stand or to eat it outside.

Interesting food and beverage options, too. Their Earl Grey + Matcha situation is particularly good.
It's a great place to just chill and pass time, whether you're studying or spending time with someone.
