Great tasting bread! The round sandwiches have a softer crust compared to their competitors. I love coming here to take advantage of their 3 for 2 deal, which also applies to their sandwiches.

Parking can be hit or miss. They usually have plenty of room but sometimes I park in the center next door

Their sandwich are amazing. I tried the pork, chicken and the Saigon special sandwiches and they were all so delicious with their coffee. I could smell the freshly baked bread for the sandwiches when I walked-in in the morning and glad it wasn't crowded. Usually this place is crowded especially in the morning. And please bring cash as they accept only cash.

Great sandwiches 16 & 18s are my go-tos. What sucks is the language barrier. I'm not Chinese and struggled to understand the lady at the cash register and she seemed frustrated. It's not a deal breaker though, I will be back.

Sandwiches are delicious, but price increase too much recently. Meat portion to price increase are not equal proportion. My children and wife like their grill pork sandwich more than other Vietnamese sandwich places.
