McDonald's

Let me start by mentioning I have been to hundreds of McDonalds restaurants over the years. Most experiences are negative, with the occasional decent (what should be a standard) experience at best.
My visit this morning was perhaps the best fast food experience I have had yet. The representative working the counter, which appeared to also be a supervisor, was very friendly and efficient. She understood my (fairly large) order and filled it without error or complaint....and did it with a very warm smile.
This person appeared to me to run the operation at a level many times above the current expected fast food operation.
I will certainly go out of my way to visit this location over others.

It was late at night! I ordered their special $6.00 deal. a burger, pie and large drink. At the drive through window, I asked them if I can substitute the pie to fries. The guy told me they can't because the deal is programmed into their order system. So I ordered a medium fries and told them to keep the pie. When I got home opened my order. I saw they did substitute the pie into fries for me. So I ended up have so many fries. Hey! I dont mind at all. I think the service was outstanding and courteous. I enjoyed my food. =^.^=

It seems that this location is trying to force it's customers to use the automated ordering kiosk. The lines are long with usually only one cashier. The automated kiosk screen is always dirty looking. I wouldn't think of touching it before I eat. The food is good here but sometimes not worth the wait.

My friend and I are a great fan of Vegan foods and this was one of the best vegan food we had it in San Francisco. Their Burgers were fresh and tasted very delicious. They did a great job with vegan burger concept and will love to come back whenever we have a craving for Vegan Burgers. It was simply amazing and its a must try if you vegan or love vegan food.
